Hello All,


We were delighted from all the positive responses we received following last week’s update. To keep you all in the loop on our continuing progress please find our most recent update including answers to last week’s questions,

Coming up – We are prepared and excited to welcome back our first Vascular clinics on Tuesday 28th & Wednesday 29th July 2020.

Further to this, we have 18 additional hand sanitizing stations, screens installed at reception, a new route around the building and we will be releasing our walk through within the next two weeks. 

Booking system
We are still working on a booking system for exercise and appointments. We will continue to keep you updated as we progress on implementing a secure, reliable and user friendly system. 

Changes to the building

We are so excited to announce our Crowdfunding campaign has reached it’s target of £20,000 meaning we are able to start works on our upstairs accessible toilet. We thank all of our members, friends, family and staff for their donations and support for the project.  We can assure you, although the area may be unavailable for the foreseeable future this will not affect the day to day running at Atrium as full access to all clinic rooms is available through the lift entrance and seminar room 1. We are currently working on our boost target to raise funds to renovate seminar room 1 into a comfortable and inviting space for community groups, education, social area and much more. If you would like to support this our Crowdfunder page is still online and available, you are also able to take advantage of our rewards.

Frequently asked questions
Q – “I usually come twice a week 1-2pm, how close will I be able to book my slots to this”
A – With our new booking system we will have available slots throughout the week which are bookable through a secure system. Although we will try to cater for everyone we are limited to numbers allowed in the gym and we need adequate time for cleaning between sessions. Direct debit members who have continued to support Atrium during this time will have priority to booking slots, we are committed to reopening in the safest way possible and hope that the new system will be easy to access for all.

Q – “If I don’t have a computer or the internet how will I book”
A – We will be able to book you in internally once our system is live, you will be able to call the centre and our Admin team will assist. We will have more information on this in the upcoming weeks

Atrium stadium tours

As some of you may already be aware, on the 26th June 2020 the Atrium Health team embarked on their 24 hour “Atrium Stadium Tours” cycling challenge. The challenge involved us cycling the total distance of all 92 stadiums in the football league, which was 2359 miles in total, using the exercise bikes in the gym. 

You will all be glad to know that we completed the total distance with 2 hours to spare at 10am on the 27th June 2020. During the 24 hour period we received loads of support and motivation from our patients and members which was lovely to see.

A massive £1,430 was donated during the challenge, which we can’t thank everyone enough for. Also during the challenge as we reached the £5,000 total raised mark, we received £10,000 from Sport England and £1,000 from Coventry City Council which we are very thankful for.

Membership Update 23/03/2020

 

  • Direct Debits to Atrium Health were temporarily frozen due to the sudden closure of the Centre.

  • ALL Direct Debits will remain frozen until the start of May, meaning you will not be charged during the month of April.

  • If you would like to amend your membership or payments after this period, please contact one of the team on 02476234570 or [email protected], who will support you with this at the earliest opportunity.

 

As Atrium Health is a not-for-profit organization your support during this time is greatly appreciated, this will enable us to continue to support our members, patients and community when the centre reopens.
